Yes you can, the excursion includes an instructor who will be in charge of the navigation of the catamaran.
There is no fixed schedule for catamaran excursions. Usually in the morning and late afternoon is when we find the best conditions to start the trip.
We don't define a minimum age, but it is essential to be able to swim.
The maximum per trip is 4 people per boat (including the instructor).
Beach equipment; swimwear, towel, single cream, water...
You don't need to be in top fitness condition, you just need to know how to swim.
Our advice is to bring the essentials for the activity. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings during the activity.
