Rental and Paddle Surf Lessons

Paddle Surf, SUP or Stand Up Paddle is a water sport that consists of moving through the water using a paddle while standing on a larger and more stable surfboard.

This sport has more people practicing it every day, its fast learning makes it more accessible to different types of people.

We can find different modalities, from surfing waves or doing rides, some more specific disciplines like the Race or the Downwind Sup or even practicing yoga on top of a Stand Up Paddle board.

Our Paddle Surf center is located in Estartit, Girona. We make all our Stand Up Paddle Surf activities in the Pletera beach, between l'Estartit and Pals, in the Costa Brava.

Paddle Surfing Routes

Rent a Stand Up Paddle board and come to know the Montgrí Natural Park, Illes Medes i Baix Ter. Below you can download three Paddle Surf itineraries designed by level and duration.

We also offer the possibility of hiring a guide who will accompany us during the tour (it is essential to consult and book in advance).

FAQ

All the material necessary to carry out the activity. Stand Up Paddle board, paddle, neoprene, life jacket and leash.
Usually the best hours for paddle surfing are the first ones in the morning and the last ones of the day. That's when we find the sea most calm.
From our Paddle Surf center we always advise to take a lesson before, this way we avoid bad vices and start with a good paddling technique. Even so, it is possible to rent without ever having done it before.
The islands can be visited, but from the sea. It is totally forbidden to go up to the islets, it is an Integral Natural Reserve.
In case we're scheduled for a lesson, that would be possible. Otherwise, you would have to take a private lesson or come with a group.
Rental vouchers are personal and non-transferable.

There is no age limit, it is an easy and fun activity, for children and adults. If the child is very young, an adult can carry him/her on the front of the board, always with a life jacket.
